Need to keep up the work...today was an alright day until this afternoon...must have ate the wrong thing...didnt feel too well. I did get in my 1 hr cardio in the gym though.
135.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
