I tried really hard to save calories over the day so I could have a few drinks. I told myself I was only allowed 5 altogether and I actually had 6. I know that's not exactly perfect, but 6 drinks was actually all I needed. I'm still getting used to abstaining from certain things, so limiting and counting drinks, and indeed actually knowing my intake for the evening, is a massive step for me. Today is cocktails and buffet with the family so it's all about to go to pot, but I have the perfect excuses lined up. I only see my Mum and Dad every couple of months, and when they come to Manchester, I like to take them to amazing restaurants I've discovered. AND, I'm moving house next weekend, so cocktails are ebenficial as they'll empty the cupboards. See?! :)

Also, 1lb loss today probably due to dehydration, watch it sail up tomorrow morning
177.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
