Plan to get my life back on track, good news we are moving into another place, need to keep my spirits up and focus on just positive energy around me. Stay away from people who like to drag you down into thier miserable world and control you from every which way they can. I need to take control of myself and my life and concentrate on myself, and the way I eat along with eating what's appropriate and keeping track of calorie intake and start exercising again everyday, when I clean I need to push myself alittle harder, need to shrink my belly fat this is probably what is weighing me down for the most part and I tend to eat more and whatever when people seem to invade my mind and get the best of me by me focusing on them and what they have said about me to others or to put me down because they want to somehow feel better about themselves, I on the other hand need to be stronger and forget them, and not focus on them and junk or the bad fatty carbs I tend to eat on a regular basis. I need get more spiritual and turn my problems over to God to help me seek through all of the bad things that one person likes to say, bring me down and make others think I'm this horrible person when I'm not, I'm a good person with a big caring heart and I'm always giving along with always there to best I know to help others the only thing I know is they must be just simply jealous of me and they feel good bringing me down. No more gonna keep my distance get my life back on track and start focusing on what I can do to better myself healthwise, not gonna let this person knock ten years off my life or get the best of me. Focus on my eating habits and eating the right things along with drinking lots of water..

Amen--you said it best---nothing makes me eat more than stress---change what we can and leave the rest to God. Thanks for the invite but just got on FS after YET another break. Too late for this one but I'll be watching you. Besure to keep up your daily journal; it's the only way I can stay on track.
