Plan to get back on track and stick with it, need to do it for myself and for my children. Need to start feeling good and looking good adventually for myself and husband. Better luck to me this week not giving up, eating healthy and the start of feeling good. Maybe I should join weight watchers again and get tracking. Don't understand the new point system but I guess I will somehow figure it out.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You can do this!! If you aren't now, record your calories on here. I love that feature of this site. Then if I go over it's on me I have no excuses and I can adjust my meals as needed if I know I'm going to have a really high calorie meal. If you do join weight watchers, I'm sure you'll do fine with the points. My mom's been on it for a few months now and lost around 30 lbs. She was confused on the points at first but read all of the pamphlets and stuff they gave her and got it down pretty quick. Best of luck to you!!
