You can do this!! If you aren't now, record your calories on here. I love that feature of this site. Then if I go over it's on me I have no excuses and I can adjust my meals as needed if I know I'm going to have a really high calorie meal. If you do join weight watchers, I'm sure you'll do fine with the points. My mom's been on it for a few months now and lost around 30 lbs. She was confused on the points at first but read all of the pamphlets and stuff they gave her and got it down pretty quick. Best of luck to you!!
