Seems I just can't resist the booze. And will be having more Friday and Saturday nights... Will just have to work hard in the days and next week. Going to start some little exercise bits next week, having now fully recovered from my holiday
178.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
