Wow, 121 huh. I know I was outside for a few hours yesterday and it was 100 degrees out...that plus the fact that I don't really drink much = I may be dehydrated (which explains the lower weight). Or maybe it is this clean eating thing I'm doing - so far I am doing pretty well. Gold stars most days! My weakness seems to be plantain chips, which, while a vegetable, are fried and in chip form. Technically they are a loophole and I've definitely been eating a lot of them (but I don't think i've been eating that much of everything else when I do).
I experienced what I think was low blood sugar for the first time ever last Saturday and Sunday. I was dizzy, a bit nauseous and couldn't focus. The inability to balance and having the world kind of spinning a little when not drunk was a bit scary! Maybe eating less sugary foods caused this since I'm sure my normal blood sugar is through the roof. Hopefully that won't happen again.
