I weighted myself 3 days ago and I didn't want to post the weight but I was at 163.2 😐 today I'm at 170 😔😔😔 how can this be possible?? I eat things I shouldn't for the entire weekend, I know is my fault, it took me months to go down passed 170 and when I'm finally there I fucked everything up over a weekend. 😣😣😣 my bf is having the grand opening for his new store in about 2 weeks and I wanted to be at 155 by then... I really don't know what to do now... 😢
170.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.3 lb a week

Don't stress about what you did over the weekend or the 2 week date in the future, focus on the long term goal of being more healthy and happy. You got this, you just have to stay strong. Every time you go to eat something you know you should not, think about how you felt when you got on the scale and it went up. Tell yourself to do something else, drink tea, etc. and remember how good you will feel when you get on the scale and it shows a drop. Sending love!

You are doing so well and like Patty said, it’s probably fluid retention. Intermittent fasting will help like others have suggested. Also try 1 T. Apple cider vinegar in sparking water (or plain water but I prefer sparkling with it) twice a day...this has helped me not retain as much water for some reason?? Good luck and celebrate the progress you have made. Learn from the mistake and move on!
