Well I gained a few but lost another half inch on my waist. I have no fear I will prevail. Exercised with my class then came home and rowed for 25 mins. I'll be having an veggie omelette in a sec.
176.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
