Just got back from vacation in Boston. Time to get back to the diet.
163.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1811 kcal Fat: 82.29g | Prot: 76.39g | Carb: 190.81g.   Breakfast: Clean Cranberry Apple Muffins, flax, Nutritional Shake Mix - French Vanilla, dove, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), spinach, green leaf lettuce, strawberry. Lunch: peanut butter cookie, veggie pattie. Dinner: tortilla chips, chicken, wine, mixed greens, lite feta, arugula, strawberries, walnuts. Snacks/Other: cheese cheddar, marys gone crackers, strawberry. more...
