I been watching what I eat and drink and I loss 2 pounds
208.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2176 kcal Fat: 84.83g | Prot: 94.23g | Carb: 246.62g.   Breakfast: honey nut cheerios, coffee, sugar, coffee creamer. Lunch: bird's eye broccoli and cheese, Atlantic Salmon (Farmed), blueberries. Dinner: pasta, Old World Style Flavored with Meat Pasta Sauce, Italian sausage, Mixed Salad Greens, Tomato, cucumber. Snacks/Other: Whole Wheat Bread, margarine, strawberry jam, coffee, sugar, coffee creamer, mcdonalds double cheeseburger, small fries. more...
