I am a 44 years old mother of Seven.I am also married to mu wonderful husband Lance for almost 12 years. I have been overweight my whole life. In October 2010, my doctor suggested I go on a diet. I started at 288 pounds. I started on my own with spark people and have lost 80 pounds and still have about 68 to go. My goal weight is 140 I also want to be able to shop in a store that is not a plus size. I started at a size 24 and am down to a 14/16 I am also able to wear some medium sizes to.
I just switch to Weight Watchers and am very confident that it will works for me. Since I started I lost 2 pounds. I'm excited to get to know my "buddies" and have their support.
