Hello i am male 27 years old 6.0 feet my height and 52 Kg weight since my childhood i want to gain weight to 70 KG in 60 days, so my diet plan is to take 3000 calories per day now lets see what happend !!!!
114.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
