Almost to the -10# mark! Going out to get the party lettuce for when that happens! I was so stalled for over two weeks, then finally a hint of scale decent, because it really is all about the numbers. The snow shoveling seems to payoff, so today I think I’ll tackle shoveling the back yard!
227.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 71.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
