Day 1, Phase III of HCG diet. I'm actually a little scared to venture down this phase. I'm down 36.4 lbs. since 01-Feb-2018 and doing well. I would have preferred to remain on Phase II but I needed to take a break from the HCG so my body doesn't build up resistance to it.
Day 1 = Protein Day. Thank goodness I love meat, but eating close to 1500 calories today may be difficult as I am used to 500 calories or less.
