I skipped a week of loggiing in because I started playing tennis, and just like always when I start an exercise, I gained weight. It is depressing that the more I exercise, the more I weigh, but I've been good about a shake for breakfast, a shake for lunch, and a reasonable dinner. I did eat out at Panda Express once this week (Panda Bowl, Mandarin Chicken) but I'm certain that the five pounds I gained is because I'm playing tennis three times a week in addition to softball a couple of times per week. Of course all the articles say that it is the addition of muscle that is causing the weight gain, and my swollen ankles would indicate that there is some water weight involved, but it is still pretty darn depressing. Still, I will keep going to the gym, and keep playing tennis and softball, and pretty soon I ought to be up around 300 pounds.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
