Okay I have to record what I ate and drink yesterday; I did not do great and seeing some results of that today. Back on the straight and narrow today. Those low carb chip that I am making are my lifesaver!
227.6 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
