I am happy to see I am still losing weight. I am planning on starting Lift weights to lose weight this week. I really want to be sure I am adding muscle and getting lean. I am really praying God will teach me to enjoy the day God has given me and not spend the whole day focused on food and taste.
Lord help my not to be consumed by the thought of food but instead to be consumed in your love and grace. Thank you for your patience. Jesus name amen
