All good weight wise. I seem to hit my limit once I hit the 73's and 74's. Fasting BGL is still a concern. 7.3 yesterday and 7.4 today. From there it goes down during the day. Back in Jan I was in the 5's half the time. I'm going to try high fat for a few days to see if that makes a difference.

In good news, the bok choy stir fry was a success (first time making it).
163.4 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
