Just 16 measly ounces. DH had a suggestion when it was 32 ounces...."Just don't eat for a day and you got it, you're done!"

I'll keep that in mind..... LOL!
146.0 lb Lost so far: 89.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I don't know. Going without delicious & healthy food would seem like a lot to put myself through for the ounces BUT I am not as close to the blue line as you are. So - hey - go for it! You can do it!

Carol, I think when the time comes, I'll just take a day or so for quiet reflection....sounds strange, I'm sure, but I think that's the way it'll go. Then, I'll be ready to do a happy dance and shout it to the world!

I agree with you completely, Wiener. I'd only give his suggestion serious thought if I can't get there after trying for about a month!

I completely understand that Sandy. You've come so far and worked so hard to get to your goal, it's important to look back on the journey, your challenges and triumphs. Then celebrate like crazy, you've MORE than earned it!!
