50 minute workout with Kristin Wednesday : mostly arms, squats using a ball, crunches and sit ups focused on lower core:
Thursday: one hour walking dog. then 35 minutes on exercise. bike here at home.
Friday: another 50 minutes with Kristin this morning.
knee is feeling stronger.
213.5 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 63.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 10.5 lb a week
