I ran a mile straight today. Woohoo. I interval trained an additional 2 miles. My goal is to run a full 5k in 35 minutes. Yeah I know that is not that fast but it is MY goal and I will get there!!
208.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 53.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
