Still right in the range I expected. was light on calories for the weekend due to being on duty and running around a lot. Increased water for the last three days and have had good results in my joints not aching. going to stay the course.
171.8 lb Lost so far: 75.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
