Day 2 of shoveling snow - So grateful that we are getting some moisture to bolster the water we already have. the bonus is a 1 hour cardio and upper body work out. Another lesson learned today - my water consumption or lack of really effects the pain in my joints. I made a point of really getting water in yesterday and there was a vast improvement in my joints as well as my sleep. I am going to work on my water intake and see how this goes. I also had a great breakfast today - pancakes, banana, pecans, sugar free syrup, eggs, mushrooms and lite spam. the pancakes are half bisquick and half carbquik, the values for breakfast are in my food diary. I hope everyone has a warm and productive day on their life adventure.
