Sugar Boot Camp is going well. I've noticed a lot of body pains though. could this be an effect of withdrawals? Headaches I have everyday anyways, so I can't tell by that way. I'm excited to see the weight coming off, but that wasn't my goal. My goal is to come off sugar meds and insulin. My sugars are indeed coming down down down. Praise the Lord!
285.4 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 35.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
