I so happy down a few pounds and feeling great! The surge in energy from working out is amazing. I'm truly loving it and feeling good about my life. I am meeting with a trainer tonight at the gym to design a work out plan that will assist me with losing weight.
204.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 34.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
