Working on my second bottle of water for the day. I am really trying to incorporate drinking more water each day instead of drinking empty and unsatisfying calories but, it is so hard when my palette clearly prefers sugary drinks. Any suggestions?

Try adding MIO to your water. I have at least 6 flavors here. It has no calories and you just squirt some into your water. I dont even add much to mine now. Just enough to give the water a fruity taste.

Thanks so much. I haven't actually tried the MIO, I keep seeing it on TV. I'm going to get some this evening and see if it helps! I appreciate the suggestion!

I have heard that people have had a lot of success by using Crystal Light or in this case MiO to kind of weane themselves off sugary drinks...simply by gradually adding less of the mixes to the water. I drink water during the day but I do like to have something with flavor with with dinner. Sometimes I have sparkling water with lime or sometimes I will have iced tea or something but made with Crystal Light so it only has like 5 calories instead of 200 :)

I have tried the Crystal Light packs but, I'm not fond of the after taste. I guess it will take a lot of getting used too, but I hope that I can do it! I'm going ot try the MiO and hope that helps, hopefully they don't have a weird after taste

Just a little update I finished my second bottle of H20 for today. I am now up to 52.6 oz!

I like the Sobe Lifewater's - they have vitamins and zero calories and are actually pretty sweet! They don't have aspartame - but they do have stevia as an artificial sweetener. One a day usually cures my soda craving - LOVE the Fuji Apple Pear flavor!
