Back on track with the gram-fat goal of 50 or less per day.
Lost the extra weight from my last one. Sandy says it was probably all the water and coffee I drank on the road trip to the project site. I think it was still too much of Chinese Combo #8.
Anyway, getting very close to getting back into the 220's!!!!! Haven't been there since I turned 50 (a few years ago).
Also, I didn't say anything in my Journals yet, but I signed up for the second year in a row for a half marathon (with 3000' climb and decent). I mostly walk it, and last year my time was about 3 hr, 50 min. This year my goal is to beat that, as I am weighing less, I should be able to do some jogging along the way to speed it up.
