Had a big fundraising dinner last Friday (and why does the desert always have to be cheese cake, I can't resist it!). Then last night I was working out of town and had a late dinner with friends (chinese dinner combo 8). I only ate about 2/3 (with the huge portions they serve, I should have tried to limit it half or less). Anyway, weight went up. I'll try to still keep the fat grams down to 50 or less today, and days going forward. We will see in a few days if I can work off the extra lbs before the next weight check.
