Lobster dinner for Valentine's day and some of the trimmings and I didn't gain . I didn't feel overly full, just comfortably. and then today I followed the plan to the "t". I LOVE Fat Smash.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
