A little dissappointed but at least its a loss and not a gain. I also lost 1 inch from my waist. I've heard that when you slow in losing weight you are losing inches. So I'll take it. I hate some of the comments this site offers. I'm sure its not meant the way I "hear" it when I read it but I feel like I'm being repremanded. For instance "at that rate it will take you 56 months to reach goal" If there was a finger in my face I'd bite the willy be jesus out of it.
