Three lbs from goal maybe next week I will lose again. I have been pretty good I only missed walking 1 day. I have been having Dr. Oz shake every morning it shas crushed pineapple and banana and flax seed, and 1 % milk, and 1 tsp protein powder, I have eaten lots of fresh green beans and am going to cook another pot this week espeically for Fathers Day, Deana and Kathy are coming and Art doesn't know Kathy is coming.
