I stayed the same again, I want a loss every week, my goal date was the 14th and I didn't achieve it... maybe a loss next week I will try harder. Hot weather is cutting into my walk, I guess I need to get up earlier.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
