GOOD MORNING SWEETIES!!!!!!!!

I am ecstatic! I was so nervous for today because today is weigh-in day. I didn't know how much I was going to lose and how I was going to measure up to the standards that were set for me. Let me just tell you that I surpassed those standards, weighing in at 138.0 lbs! Can you believe it??? I stepped on that scale 10 times before I saved those numbers on the screen. It feels so amazing to know that all of my hard work and discipline is paying off. The great thing about this scale that I have is that it not only measures your weight, but also your body fat percentage, bone mass, and the amount of water you have in your body. With that being said, I have 5.32 lbs of water in my body (I drink more than a gallon a day), and my body fat percentage dropped from 28 to 25%. Whoa. I am feeling really good right now. It just means that I have to work that much harder tomorrow! Those legs are going to be burning because my motivation just got amped up to 1,000%!!!! Until tomorrow, stay motivated and inspired while knowing that IT can be done!
138.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

What kind of exercise are you doing?

Hello trouble101, I am doing intense weight training and very intense cardio being sure to keep my heart rate above my "in the zone range" to maximize the amount of fat burned. Although all that is really good and has helped a ton, it's all about my diet honestly! I eat clean...SUPER CLEAN! I do not eat any processed foods and I cook everything myself. The only condiments or seasonings that I use are things like natural herbs, Lemmon juice ((amazing on shrimp)) and maybe a dab of pepper. This is good for my body because my body holds on to salt, that's why I rather it just get it naturally from the foods as opposed to me adding heavy seasonings ((things like teriyaki sauce and soy sauce)) to my diet. If you have any more questions please let me know!! Just keep in mind ((I'm not sure of your goals with your weight)) but I'm trying to have my body fit by October so that I can compete soon so my diet and exercise regime will be more intense than the average person who is only looking to lose weight as opposed to compete. So please, message me sometime and I will go into as much depth as you'd like! I'm about to get my morning session in now, so have a good day!!!!
