Gained a few after I started working again, sitting all day and eating takeout for lunch really adds on.

But I started actually working out again yesterday. Started with squats, completed 81. Today I did 62 squats and a 5mins plank, plus did laundry and dishes.

Going to bed at 8:15pm cos I'm so tired lol.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 81.6 lb.    Still to go: 39.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@dlewis1234 right!!! I try to make lunch from home but I almost always sleep through my alarm lol Thank you and likewise!
