Body still aching from gym yesterday. Sore thighs and dog tired. Still the same weight. If I had gotten on the scale at lunch, this journal entry would of been longer lol.

Left the car at home and just walked to work today. Used a walk tracker and apparently I only live about 30 minutes from the office.

Skipped gym today cos of a prior engagement and a night class I can't miss.

All in all a productive day for me today.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 81.6 lb.    Still to go: 39.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
