My weight has been up and down a lot the past 10 days or so and I'm not sure why. Is it just the scale or am I adding more muscle or is the extra 200 calories I've been eating each day in order to have the fuel to get thru my P90X and hope to add some muscle actually adding fat...? I was relieved to see the scale ~156 as it has been ~159. I've really pushed my workouts this week and have even added ~12 miles in runs. Ryan gets back from AP camp today, DJ leaves for Hawaii tomorrow morning and Kelli and Kate leave for girls camp on Tuesday. then we go to San Diego on Sunday. Fun and crazy times right now.
156.3 lb Lost so far: 30.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
