For the 3rd day in a row my fasting BGL is over 8, at 8.3.

Dont even care about weight now. Will fast to lunch and do another test.

Lunch test: Still 6.8 before lunch and 16hr fast.
167.8 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
