Went off diet Saturday and paid for it big time. It has taken all of yesterday to just settle down for the damage done. Did get to sleep 7 3/4 hours last night is one go of it. It felt good.

Back on diet solid today.
306.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
