Today was the first day on attkins diet that I didn't see any weight loss when I stepped on the scale. I'm not going to worry about that though because it just means my body has adjusted to the diet and I'm no longer getting rid of the excess water.
Historically this would be the point when doubt would creep into my mind and I'd be super tempted to just give up and start eatting what ever but I refuse to do that now!
I'm going to stay on course and see what happens over the next week... I may start adding in gym time now too, since I feel amazing... energy level is through the roof!!!
