Oh well I only lost an additional .2 lbs but I didnt gain any of the 6 from last week! Yayy me! I might have to work a little harder next week to move that scale.
202.4 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 37.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
