I did not have the flu, but doctor prescribed antibiotics and steroids to clear things up. Needless to say, I turned to comfort food. No exercise either. I am grateful.
184.2 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
