Went to the gym and had an awesome work-out.....drinking a lot of water today and sticking to my low calorie diet.....looking to lose at the 3 lbs I gained....
146.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
