Four years ago, I was a 42 year old single mom just getting out of a 8 year bad relationship. I decided it was time for a change and I lost 25 lbs by just walking every day at least a mile and watching what I ate.....no junk food or wine. During that time I met my newly husband and was looking great. Got married a year and a half ago and now I gained most of it back....Well, time for me to get that girl back that my husband met four years ago....I'm doing it for my health, for my daughter and to look good for my man.
