I FEEL LIKE A COW. I have so far to go to get the excess fat off my body that I put there last winter with Twix, Kit Kats, Snicker bars, bbq ribs and cheesecake desserts. I paid a heavy price! No bun intended. None there either. Okay, deep breathe. At least I still found some room for humor.

Thanks for the encouragement you guys. I'm just super tired, running on air and when the scale hasn't budged more than a pound (yeah, I was too busy to workout all last week), I feel like I'll never get rid of the winter coat. Seeing the coat still on me feels the way a person does when they're told that they have bad breath. You just wanna get it away from you...dissociate the odor with your identity. Oh come to me, Second Wind! I need you this evening! Maybe I oughta just take a nap.

Napping is good at times. Perhaps slowing down a bit and regrouping is what is needed! The "winter coat" can and will be taken off on sleeve at a time!
Once again I have faith that you can and will do this, we are all here for you!
