Need to get myself together last week emotional let down and i was totally off balance. didnt record food although i did watch what i ate kinda. And when i ate bad it was the meal for the day. i had catfish fried on friday but didnt have lunch so i ate after work and then a few hours later spreading out the food. cant remember what else i ate but there was some other bad food. and sunday i didnt really eat at all.
229.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
