I refuse to dwell on the fact that I am .8lbs away from losing 50lbs since Thanksgiving. Instead I will focus on 1) I've lost 49.2 lbs since Thanksgiving, 2) I am rocking a size 18 pair of shorts & have a trunk and back seat full of size 22/24 clothes to donate to a friend in need, 3) I finished Pat's Run 5:18 faster than last year, and 4) have an amazing man, friends, and family who will love me at any size.
217.8 lb Lost so far: 49.2 lb.    Still to go: 67.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
