BP: 140/78 BMI: 29.3 (Overweight)

I'm surprised to see weight loss. I have not been active in several days and feel bad, but I have been eating much better this week. This weekend is National Trails Day which means I will burn a boatload of calories hiking the steep mountains and repairing the AT. However, I'm camping with friends which means lots of drinking and a great time.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
