My birthday celebration in Las Vegas did me in!
151.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1208 kcal Fat: 22.87g | Prot: 59.04g | Carb: 110.61g.   Breakfast: Tea (Brewed), Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Equal Equal, Snapple Diet Peach Iced Tea (16 oz). Lunch: Thousand Island Dressing from Louisiana, Roland Artichoke Bottoms, Shallots, Shrimp, Boiled Egg, Trader Joe's Butter Lettuce. Dinner: Salsa, Chicken Breast, Old El Paso Crunchy Taco Shells, Fat Free Sour Cream, Russet Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other: Red Table Wine, Snapple Diet Peach Iced Tea (16 oz), Walnuts, Applesauce with Sugar, Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt. more...
