i ate a portobello burger at mom and dad's and it didnt have some things on my diet, so i siffered a little bit, but i'll lose it tomorrow.
236.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
