this is the start of my third day of just bullet proof coffee and water fasting regiment. this is really a liquid , calorie restriction diet. using only one teaspoon of butter, one teaspoon of MCT and one teaspoon of heavy whipping cream in 20 oz of coffee, three times a day. I am taking supplements and vitamins, plus added Salt / potassium to make sure I get the electrolytes. will go for 4 days.
